Review: Sylvania G Meso

Wired's Gadget Lab has a review of a pre-production Sylvania Netbook, which comes on as yet another Asus Eee PC (900) wannabe.

But aside from the similar 8.9" screen, its other features sorely disappoint. The keyboard has chicklet-like keys, its Ubuntu OS surprisingly a disastrous implementation, and it battery just downright quirky. It also has a cartoonish styling, a relatively heavy weight (2.6 lbs), and sluggish performance.
