VIA Nano Processor Announced

From Wired -

Earlier this year VIA announced its new line of Isaiah processors, designed to revolutionize mobile computing via lightning fast computing speeds and low power consumption. As a follow-through, it now has introduced a new processor family called Nano. The line consists of 64-bit superscalars that can run up to four times faster yet consume the same amount of power as the current VIA Isaiah chipsets do. Which mean they could provide subnotebooks insane boosts in performance and function. Nano-powered units should be able to run Photoshop smoothly, playback Blu-ray movies without a snag.
