Hello Kitty C1 Netbook

As ubiquitous as netbooks already are, CNET News has reported yet another iteration of a Hello Kitty netbook, making this cutesy variant nearly as common as its more mundane siblings.

Compared to other similarly themed models, the new Hello Kitty C1's design is relatively subdued. It has just the text "Hello Kitty" repeated across the lid and a single impression of the cat's image in one corner. The rest of the 10.1" netbook bear typical specs - 2.6 lbs, 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, 1GB of RAM, a 120GB hard drive, 2 USB ports, a 1.3-megapixel Webcam, and 802.11b/g Wi-Fi. It runs on Windows XP Home and can say meow in five languages. The price? Of course a ridiculous Hello Kitty $890.
