Asus has released an SDK for the Eee PC. It comes in the form of a 1.2GB disc image for installing Xandros and some developer tools in a virtual machine or on a hard drive partition. There's also extensive documentation with instructions for writing applications for the tiny laptop's custom Linux UI.
