New Asus Eee PC 4G 701s with just 4400mAh battery?

A couple of EeePH members have discovered that some of the new 4G 701s now come with the 4400mAh batteries instead of the original 5200mAh citing units they saw both in Bangkok and in the Philippines. Some other members reported getting units with 4800mAh labeled batteries.

If you want to check your battery's rating, as member dix-neuf suggested, you can do so with the following command (in Xandros): /home/user> sudo cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/info. The tip is from Blogeee.
