Asus is not sure whether its operations can turn from the net loss of NT$3.1 billion (US$94 million) recorded in thQ1 2009 to profitability in the second.
It is however currently still adjusting its channel lineup and marketing strategy, and is confident that quarterly notebook and Eee PC shipments in the second half will grow sequentially along with gross margins.
