Watching this video was a complete waste of my time. I STILL don't know WTF the rant was all about, other than it could be the fact that MS banned the unit because of some hardware violation. MS's antics don't bother me one bit...just don't buy (support) such hardware/software.
Dell only puts 1GB of memory into their Dell Mini 9s (or Vostros now), when WinXP is installed, I believe. Some have complained about it. Don't like it? Don't buy it with WinXP installed. Or wipe WinXP from the drive. Or just buy a non-Dell. There are various options.
