VGA to USB Mod

If you are the type of user who very rarely uses the VGA port on your netbook but keeps running out of USB ports, Instructables has just the right mod for you. They have a step-by-step instructions, complete with photos, on how to convert the VGA port into another USB port.

And if there are enough people willing to but pre-made units at $10, Instructables might just offer it. If you are interested, you can email them at the addy at the bottom of the article here.

DIY Lego USB Elbow Connector II

As a follow-up to the post DIY Lego USB Elbow Connector, here's a color variation posted by sevenstring, also of the TipidPC forum.

Note the black keyboard on white case.

The original TipidPC thread regarding making your own LEGO USB elbow connector can be accessed here.

----------

Edit - Per reader AU 35121, he is the original poster of the photo above (slightly edited), having posted it over the Eeeuser forum. The thread can be read here.

Thanks for the clarification, although there is another reader (Simon) who commented that he is the original poster, also at eeeuser. However he did not provide any link.

At any rate, I hope that I have (finally!) given credit where it is due. By the way, AU 35121, I hope you don't mind the slight editing. :) I didn't want to offend anyone who might be a bit sensitive.
