It looks like Asus will begin selling Eee PC units preloaded with Windows XP in the US in a few weeks, for the same price it currently charges for Linux models. This makes a bit of sense, since the Eee PC 900 series which will come out in May or June will sell for a few bucks more and will come in Windows or Linux varieties and ship with more RAM and storage.
Laptop Mag has the details here.
Brad has also written about this in his Eeesite.
Thanks, Brad.
