According to Digitimes, the 2nd gen Eee PCs will be available in Taiwan third of week April. Unfortunately, they will be equipped with Intel's older-generation dual-core ULV processors. The move is intended to jump the gun on Atom-based notebooks being intro'd by Acer and HP.
Intel is scheduled to ship its Atom processors only in May, after which Asus is expected to adopt it for succeeding versions of the Eee PC.
