From ubergizmo -
VIA will be offering HD graphics to netbooks through its Trinity platform that pits a VIA Nano or VIA C7 processor with a VIA integrated Media System Processor and onboard S3 Graphics chip.
VIA has previously paired its processors with S3 GPUs in some netbooks but results have been inferior compared to NVIDIA's solution. The Trinity platform should be beefier, capable of handling DirectX 10.1, HD video and playback of Blu-ray discs.
